14:2

히브리 וַיֵּ֣דַע דָּוִ֔יד כִּֽי הֱכִינ֧וֹ יְהוָ֛ה לְמֶ֖לֶךְ עַל יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל כִּֽי נִשֵּׂ֤את לְמַ֨עְלָה֙ מַלְכוּת֔וֹ בַּעֲב֖וּר עַמּ֥וֹ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ פ

한글(개역) 다윗이 여호와께서 자기로 이스라엘 왕을 삼으신 줄을 깨달았으니 이는 그 백성 이스라엘을 위하여 나라를 진흥하게 하셨음이더라

영어(KJV) And David perceived that the LORD had confirmed him king over Israel, for his kingdom was lifted up on high, because of his people Israel.

14:3

히브리 וַיִּקַּ֨ח דָּוִ֥יד ע֛וֹד נָשִׁ֖ים בִּירוּשָׁלִָ֑ם וַיּ֧וֹלֶד דָּוִ֛יד ע֖וֹד בָּנִ֥ים וּבָנֽוֹת׃

한글(개역) 다윗이 예루살렘에서 또 아내들을 취하여 또 자녀를 낳았으니

영어(KJV) And David took more wives at Jerusalem: and David begat more sons and daughters. {more: Heb. yet}

14:4

히브리 וְאֵ֨לֶּה֙ שְׁמ֣וֹת הַיְלוּדִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר הָיוּ ל֖וֹ בִּירוּשָׁלִָ֑ם שַׁמּ֣וּעַ וְשׁוֹבָ֔ב נָתָ֖ן וּשְׁלֹמֹֽה׃

영어(KJV) Now these {are} the names of {his} children which he had in Jerusalem; Shammua, and Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon,

14:8

히브리 וַיִּשְׁמְע֣וּ פְלִשְׁתִּ֗ים כִּי נִמְשַׁ֨ח דָּוִ֤יד לְמֶ֨לֶךְ֙ עַל כָּל יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וַיַּעֲל֥וּ כָל פְּלִשְׁתִּ֖ים לְבַקֵּ֣שׁ אֶת דָּוִ֑יד וַיִּשְׁמַ֣ע דָּוִ֔יד וַיֵּצֵ֖א לִפְנֵיהֶֽם׃

한글(개역) 다윗이 기름 부음을 받아 온 이스라엘의 왕이 되었다 함을 블레셋 사람이 듣고 다윗을 찾으러 다 올라오매 다윗이 듣고 방비하러 나갔으나

영어(KJV) And when the Philistines heard that David was anointed king over all Israel, all the Philistines went up to seek David. And David heard {of it}, and went out against them.

14:9

히브리 וּפְלִשְׁתִּ֖ים בָּ֑אוּ וַֽיִּפְשְׁט֖וּ בְּעֵ֥מֶק רְפָאִֽים׃

한글(개역) 블레셋 사람이 이미 이르러 르바임 골짜기를 침범하였는지라

영어(KJV) And the Philistines came and spread themselves in the valley of Rephaim.

14:10

히브리 וַיִּשְׁאַ֨ל דָּוִ֤יד בֵּאלֹהִים֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר הַאֶֽעֱלֶה֙ עַל פלשתייםפלשתייםפְּלִשְׁתִּ֔יםוּנְתַתָּ֖ם בְּיָדִ֑י וַיֹּ֨אמֶר ל֤וֹ יְהוָה֙ עֲלֵ֔ה וּנְתַתִּ֖ים בְּיָדֶֽךָ׃

한글(개역) 다윗이 하나님께 물어 가로되 내가 블레셋 사람을 치러 올라가리이까 주께서 저희를 내 손에 붙이시겠나이까 여호와께서 이르시되 올라가라 내가 저희를 네 손에 붙이리라 하신지라

영어(KJV) And David enquired of God, saying, Shall I go up against the Philistines? and wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? And the LORD said unto him, Go up; for I will deliver them into thine hand.

14:11

히브리 וַיַּעֲל֥וּ בְּבַֽעַל פְּרָצִים֮ וַיַּכֵּ֣ם שָׁ֣ם דָּוִיד֒ וַיֹּ֣אמֶר דָּוִ֔יד פָּרַ֨ץ הָֽאֱלֹהִ֧ים אֶת אוֹיְבַ֛י בְּיָדִ֖י כְּפֶ֣רֶץ מָ֑יִם עַל כֵּ֗ן קָֽרְא֛וּ שֵֽׁם הַמָּק֥וֹם הַה֖וּא בַּ֥עַל פְּרָצִֽים׃

한글(개역) 이에 무리가 바알부라심으로 올라갔더니 다윗이 거기서 저희를 치고 가로되 하나님이 물을 흩음 같이 내 손으로 내 대적을 흩으셨다 함으로 그 곳 이름을 바알브라심이라 칭하니라

영어(KJV) So they came up to Baalperazim; and David smote them there. Then David said, God hath broken in upon mine enemies by mine hand like the breaking forth of waters: therefore they called the name of that place Baalperazim. {Baalperazim: that is, A place of breaches}

14:12

히브리 וַיַּעַזְבוּ שָׁ֖ם אֶת אֱלֹֽהֵיהֶ֑ם וַיֹּ֣אמֶר דָּוִ֔יד וַיִּשָּׂרְפ֖וּ בָּאֵֽשׁ׃ פ

한글(개역) 블레셋 사람이 그 우상을 그곳에 버렸으므로 다윗이 명하여 불에 사르니라

영어(KJV) And when they had left their gods there, David gave a commandment, and they were burned with fire.

14:13

히브리 וַיֹּסִ֤יפוּ עוֹד֙ פְּלִשְׁתִּ֔ים וַֽיִּפְשְׁט֖וּ בָּעֵֽמֶק׃

한글(개역) 블레셋 사람이 다시 골짜기를 침범한지라

영어(KJV) And the Philistines yet again spread themselves abroad in the valley.

14:14

히브리 וַיִּשְׁאַ֨ל ע֤וֹד דָּוִיד֙ בֵּֽאלֹהִ֔ים וַיֹּ֤אמֶר לוֹ֙ הָֽאֱלֹהִ֔ים לֹ֥א תַֽעֲלֶ֖ה אַֽחֲרֵיהֶ֑ם הָסֵב֙ מֵֽעֲלֵיהֶ֔ם וּבָ֥אתָ לָהֶ֖ם מִמּ֥וּל הַבְּכָאִֽים׃

한글(개역) 다윗이 또 하나님께 묻자온대 하나님이 이르시되 마주 올라가지 말고 저희 뒤로 돌아 뽕나무 수풀 맞은편에서 저희를 엄습하되

영어(KJV) Therefore David enquired again of God; and God said unto him, Go not up after them; turn away from them, and come upon them over against the mulberry trees.

14:15

히브리 וִ֠יהִי כְּֽשָׁמְעֲךָ֞ אֶת ק֤וֹל הַצְּעָדָה֙ בְּרָאשֵׁ֣י הַבְּכָאִ֔ים אָ֖ז תֵּצֵ֣א בַמִּלְחָמָ֑ה כִּֽי יָצָ֤א הָֽאֱלֹהִים֙ לְפָנֶ֔יךָ לְהַכּ֖וֹת אֶת מַחֲנֵ֥ה פְלִשְׁתִּֽים׃

한글(개역) 뽕나무 꼭대기에서 걸음 걷는 소리가 들리거든 곧 나가서 싸우라 하나님이 네 앞서 나아가서 블레셋 사람의 군대를 치리라 하신지라

영어(KJV) And it shall be, when thou shalt hear a sound of going in the tops of the mulberry trees, {that} then thou shalt go out to battle: for God is gone forth before thee to smite the host of the Philistines.

14:16

히브리 וַיַּ֣עַשׂ דָּוִ֔יד כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֥ר צִוָּ֖הוּ הָֽאֱלֹהִ֑ים וַיַּכּוּ֙ אֶת מַחֲנֵ֣ה פְלִשְׁתִּ֔ים מִגִּבְע֖וֹן וְעַד גָּֽזְרָה׃

한글(개역) 이에 다윗이 하나님의 명대로 행하여 블레셋 사람의 군대를 쳐서 기브온에서부터 게셀까지 이르렀더니

영어(KJV) David therefore did as God commanded him: and they smote the host of the Philistines from Gibeon even to Gazer. {Gibeon: also called, Geba}

14:17

히브리 וַיֵּצֵ֥א שֵׁם דָּוִ֖יד בְּכָל הָֽאֲרָצ֑וֹת וַֽיהוָ֛ה נָתַ֥ן אֶת פַּחְדּ֖וֹ עַל כָּל הַגּוֹיִֽם׃

한글(개역) 다윗의 명성이 열국에 퍼졌고 여호와께서 열국으로 저를 두려워하게 하셨더라

영어(KJV) And the fame of David went out into all lands; and the LORD brought the fear of him upon all nations.
